In this style, you might hold some poses for several minutes to work on flexibility and joint health, while also incorporating active stretches that engage muscles and improve range of motion. The aim is to balance the meditative, restorative aspects of Yin Yoga with the more dynamic, active components of stretching, providing both deep relaxation and enhanced muscular flexibility.

I’ve worked with Jessica for several months and she’s helped me a lot with my pain and creating routines that are customized for me and my body.
